Metrology’s team specializes in the maintenance of HDD slider machines and metrology equipment. Our focus is on measuring critical dimensions of slider components used in HDDs. We utilize advanced technologies such as vision inspection systems, interferometers, XRF, AFM, Optical inspection, and micro-angle measurement tools to ensure precision and quality.
