About The Role - You Will
Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production and test equipment to meet company standards and minimize downtime. Establish and implement preventive maintenance programs and procedures to ensure equipment reliability. Administer training programs for proper equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and repair procedures. Conduct head changes for Burnish, Glide, and Cert heads. Troubleshoot testers down to the board level. Maintain testers and automation systems, including pick-and-place robots. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance activities. Monitor machine yield and performance through real-time systems and take corrective actions...
