Job Description
Responsibilities
- Place of Assignment: LIIP Laguna, Onsite
- Supervise day‑to‑day maintenance activities, ensuring proper monitoring and compliance with electrical and mechanical standards.
- Oversee the effective implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment and facilities.
- Plan and schedule maintenance work in coordination with production teams and ensure timely execution.
- Manage inventory of machine parts, consumables, and fuels; coordinate procurement and deliveries with Purchasing.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; licensed engineer preferred.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in plant maintenance or engineering supervision.
