Butternut Box is looking for an Engineering Team Leader in Blyth, Worksop to lead the full shift, developing a high‑performing, resilient engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of engineers on shift , setting tone for performance, accountability and engagement.
- Drive strong cross‑functional working with operations and other site teams, building effective relationships and better alignment across the business.
- Provide hands‑on technical leadership during day‑to‑day engineering activity, responding to challenges and supporting the team.
