Responsibilities The Engineering Technician serves as the primary source for computer-aided design (CAD) for the Lower Colorado Dams Office, Parker Dam Division, and is responsible for reviewing designs for compliance with current industry practices and ensuring that designs fit field conditions. Develops, prepares, and/or reviews plans, specifications, and cost estimates for construction and proposed or ongoing projects.
