Applications are invited for the position of Engineering Technician at the ATNS Chief Dawid Stuurman International (Port Elizabeth Airport - FAPE). The successful applicant will be reporting to the FAPE Manager: TS. OverviewTo provide support and maintenance of ATNS CNS systems and equipment at a functional knowledge and skills level. The incumbent will be responsible and accountable for “I’ and ‘’O’’ Level support and maintenance as well as the resulting implications on service delivery and safety in executing the job.
Preventative Maintenance (ATNS CNS Equipment and Services) - Perform all relevant maintenance activities on equipment and systems as per the relevant LSP, station instructions and equipment manufacturer recommendation. Ensure that maintenance to buildings at the sites, the site itself such as roads, grass cutting, fencing, antenna masts, terrestrial communications and power from point of supply is maintained to ATNS standards.
