**PENDING CONTRACT AWARD**The Engineering Technician III at the Potomac River Test Range (PRTR) performs data acquisition and
analysis work in support of all testing conducted. The work requires the ability to learn and apply
established methods, procedures, and techniques.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Supports Data Acquisition and Analysis in Weapons Systems and Munitions Testing
* Works independently to perform assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed
* Selects or adapts standard procedures or equipment, using fully applicable precedents
* Receives initial instructions, equipment requirements, and advice from supervisor or engineer as needed; performs recurring work independently; work is reviewed for technical adequacy or conformity with instructions
