**Engineering Technician, Plastics Mold Shop**

Join Kohler’s Plastics Mold Shop and play a key role in building the fiberglass molds, thermoforming tools, fixtures, and jigs that support KOHLER’s industry-leading acrylic bathing products. This is a hands-on fabrication role designed for technicians who enjoy craftsmanship, problem-solving, and building high-quality production tooling.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Build prototype, development, and production-grade tooling, including high‑gloss gelcoat molds, polyester thermoforming molds, and metal jigs & fixtures.
+ Collaborate with engineering teams to create prototype parts made of wood, metal, or composite materials that facilitate the development of new processes and products.
+ Perform fiberglass layup, gelcoat work, sanding, finishing, and mold surface preparation.
