As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for supply and demand-related customer support inquiries for our English -speaking clients. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, an analytical problem solver, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be joining a fantastic multinational team, working alongside French, Italian, Dutch, German, Spanish and Portuguese Agents.
