Our Client is seeking an English ECT to deliver KS3 and KS4 English within a welcoming and development-focused school in Harlow. The successful candidate will receive structured support throughout their induction, including reduced teaching load, weekly mentoring sessions and guidance in lesson planning, assessment and behaviour management. The department follows a well-organised curriculum designed to build confidence in teaching both literature and language, with shared schemes of work and collaborative planning opportunities.
