- Work closely with management team, department team to develop quality academic strategies and learning programme
- Monitor and review teaching and learning standards to ensure it align with MOE curriculum framework
- Support to implement curriculum through internal and external instructional design and development of quality teaching learning resources
- Responsible on curriculum project management and overall curriculum development
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and achieve curriculum plans, applications and training activities
- Collaborate with training team to provide guidance to train and facilitate teaching staff in the curriculum materials, application, teaching techniques
