Job Responsibilities- Participate in the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of goal-oriented nursing care activities to a group of assigned patients.
- Perform designated procedures and treatments for patients according to expected standards of practice and guidelines to improve their general comfort and wellbeing, autonomy and independence of the patient.
- Assist in discharge planning activities.
- Observe and practise proper infection control procedures based on current infection prevention knowledge and skills. Actively seeks to prevent transmission of infection.
- Work in collaboration with the Staff Nurse to prioritise and organise care to meet the treatment and rehabilitative needs of patients.
