Role Purpose:
Enrolment Assistant ensures that the policy details are uploaded with 100% accuracy, which will facilitate all the other support function to deliver as per the standards. Assist / Coordinate ML Underwriting Officer as and when required.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Follow all relevant Customer Service departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Enrolment
- Uploading of member data received from the insurance company.
- Ensure Data Entry, Data upload, printing of cards, & card dispatch within TAT.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Internal departments, branches and other regions) for issue resolution and ensure smooth operations.
