Overview
This position is responsible for ensuring that enrolment processes, policies and procedures are managed efficiently and effectively. The position will lead the Enrolment team to ensure enrolment compliance and that a high standard of customer service is provided to the students at the same time. The incumbent will be responsible for initiating and developing improvements to policies, procedures and business practices to ensure a high level of service and efficient practice to meet the desired outcomes. A key element is a focus on continuous improvement, best practice and benchmarking. The position also has responsibility for promoting and ensuring compliance with relevant Government legislation and University policies and procedures.
