Job Description
Associate Director, Tech SME
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the end-to-end project delivery: define requirements, create system designs, oversee build, ensure proper testing and successful deployment.
- Engage with the Program Manager regarding schedules, estimates, costs, RAID items, and roadblocks; organize and lead project kick-off meetings.
- Review project deliverables and status at regular intervals; communicate accomplishments, plans, issues, and risks to higher management.
- Manage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and maintain unit test schedules; track risks until closure.
- Maintain green project status, conduct quality audits, manage downstream transition, and provide weekly and closure reports.
- Build solid relationships with IT teams (upstream, downstream, and business stakeholders) and negotiate priorities effectively.
