Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Enterprise Applications Specialist with hands-on expertise in MS Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM), to oversee the full lifecycle of our Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) business applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring our core systems including ERP/Finance, CRM, ITSM, and HRIS tools are optimally configured, fully integrated, secure, and aligned with MORROW's operational and compliance needs. You will act as the internal subject matter expert for these critical COTS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- System Ownership & Configuration: Serve as the hands-on administrator and internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MS Dynamics 365 and designated COTS applications (e.g., ERP/Finance, CRM, ITSM, HRIS).
