Job Description

We are looking for

a driven and enthusiastic Enterprise Customer Success Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.


Your role in BizAway
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
  • Onboard new corporate clients on our platform, to make sure they are 100% up and running
  • Craft high-level onboarding documentation like user guides, videos, training materials etc.
  • Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets
  • Conduct deep business reviews with corporate accounts to drive mutual success plans
  • Monitor and report existing and potential threats, to help us maintain our 0 churn rate
  • Work with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth
