Job Description
Technical
- MUST HAVE Hands-on experience with Opus EDM / Markit EDM / Cadis (or equivalent EDM platforms) within financial service environment
o SQL and database troubleshooting (e.G. MS SQL Server)
o batch scheduling tools (e.G. Control M or similar)
- Strong understanding of:
o data flows, ETL processes, and reconciliation logic
o production application support in enterprise environments

- Clear understanding of L1 / L2 / L3 support model and escalation principles
- Experience in ITIL-based support environments
- Ability to:
o handle high-volume operational incidents (P3/P4)
o manage high-impact incidents (P1/P2) with structured escalation
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capability
