The Enterprise Delivery Manager (EDM) ensures stable delivery, clear requirements, and predictable execution for our largest enterprise customers—owning delivery coordination, release sequencing, and cross-functional execution while maintaining client accountability and internal boundaries. Own enterprise release calendars and production readiness Coordinate deployments across internal and client teams Ensure client-owned prerequisites are completed before work proceeds Lead requirements gathering and clarification; define acceptance criteria and actionable work items Lead client process and operational change Triage issues to SMEs and communicate findings in business ready language (no troubleshooting) Track risks, issues, and escalations to closure using structured updates and follow through Maintain awareness o...
