Providing consistent, courteous, efficient, and timely customer care delivered in a prudent financial manner which benefits customers, shareholders, and the company.
MAIN DUTIES:
Establish and nurture relationships with all our customers. Communicates with escalated customers and resolves issues according to the company guidelines.
