Leads more complex analyses, documentation improvements, and smaller CI initiatives. Provides insights and supports transformation projects.
- Perform advanced analytics and KPI trend studies.
- Lead small-scale CI & Kaizen initiatives.
- Maintain enterprise process repository quality.
- Guide junior analysts in RCA and documentation.
- Provide insights for scorecards and reviews.
- Support automation assessments.
Education, Training and Licenses Required
- Bachelors degree.
- Yellow Belt required; Green Beltpreferred.
- 2–4 years experience.
