Core Responsibilities:
- Understand company’s business and Design, implement, capture and maintain an Enterprise Risk
- Management framework and Policies across the organisation.
- Identify Risks, carry out assessment of risks with respect to operations, credit and financial risks.
- Assess the requirements and preparedness of systems and procedures and design such processes and systems meeting regulatory, statutory and legal compliance requirements
- Draft, Review and implement company wide compliance policies and procedures cutting across different functions based on the workflow life cycle of the product design and delivery
