We are partnering with a leading construction software provider experiencing significant growth through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. They are now looking to hire an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to build and strengthen relationships with key customers including Tier 1 contractors and property/residential developers. This is not a typical customer success role dealing with churn/retention, implementation or onboarding.
