Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Systems Engineer to join the IT department of an AM 100 law firm. This role requires a highly motivated, proactive individual who can step into the position with little to no ramp up time. The scope of responsibility is narrowly focused on desktop application support and new system implementations within a Windows client/server environment. The individual will provide support on level 3 escalations. Responsibilities also include supporting the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of desktop and client/server systems while operating primarily in a Windows based environment. The role places a strong emphasis on a customer service first mindset, with regular interaction and support for a diverse user base.
