Job Description
1. Work closely with stakeholders from People, Finance, and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday system configurations where needed.
2. Serve as the liaison person between People, Finance and other departments to achieve the process and system improvements where needed.
3. Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of Workday enhancements, ensuring alignment with both HCM and Finance objectives. Help to prioritise incoming requests from the wider Fazz team as required.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation, especially within the Workday system.
5. Configure Workday reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into Human Capital and Finance metrics.
6. Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workday configurations, integrations, and data accuracy.
