also ensures that insights are delivered in a timely and reliable manner to decision-makers across the organization, directly supporting SoFi’s mission of helping members “get their money right” through the safe, compliant, and scalable delivery of financial products and services.What you’ll do:
- Perform day-to-day system administration of the enterprise TPRM system of record and supporting platforms, including configuration, maintenance, user access management, internal support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and refine workflows within TPRM platforms to ensure consistent effectiveness while improving operational efficiency in support of business needs.
- Design, build, and deliver data analytics reports and management dashboards using TPRM platforms in conjunction with Snowflake, Alteryx, and/or Tableau to provide timely, actionable insights.
