Job Description
Conducts independent examinations of commercial customer’s collateral, financial statements, financial records and internal controls to assess credit quality and collateral values that secure loans for an assigned business / group portfolio. Provides regular reporting which summarizes findings and recommends valuation of companies that BMO makes leveraged loans to.
+ Develops value estimates and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
+ Provides advice and guidance to assigned business/group on implementation of enterprise valuations.
+ Independently examines Borrower’s books and records; assesses and verifies the potential value of the subject company.
+ Verifies policies and standards, as defined by the approved borrowing/monitoring structure, are accurately applied and adhered to.
