Job Description
The Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package Programme (EWTPP) is a strategic initiative supported by Workforce Singapore Agency (WSG) and administered by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) as the anchor programme partner. It aims to support companies in their workforce transformation efforts. Advisors recruited under this programme will play a key role in guiding organisations through holistic workforce transformation, leveraging the SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (WDG) and assisting in the application processes for participating companies.
Core responsibilities will include supporting job redesign initiatives as enablers for wider transformation, collaborating with Enterprise Singapore to identify and engage companies with growth potential, and promoting the uptake of workforce transformation programmes using the redesigned SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC).
