Be the strategic growth partner for BJAK’s CEO
At BJAK, we are SEA's leading digital insurance platform, going global. As we build globally, we’re seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to operate as a high-trust, high-impact partner to the CEO.
This is a role for ex-entrepreneurs or seasoned operators in transition who thrive in ambiguity, think strategically, and execute relentlessly. You will work at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and operations - researching new opportunities, driving cross-functional projects, and shaping initiatives that accelerate company growth.
This is not a conventional support role. You’ll be expected to step into leadership gaps, influence outcomes across functions, and act as a multiplier for the CEO’s impact.
