Over the next 3 years, we're going from 50 stores to 200. That's not a plan on a deck — it's actively happening, and the only thing standing between us and that number is whether we can build the systems to support it. That's where you come in. What this role actually is You'll work directly with the founder on 0-to-1 projects across the business. Real examples of what's on the table in the next 12 months: Designing and rolling out a new daypart strategy across 50 outlets Building the hiring and onboarding system that takes us from hiring 5 store managers a month to 15 Cracking food wastage from x% to under y% across the chain Setting up the playbook for entering 2 new cities Launching a new format or channel from scratch Each project will run 3–6 months.
