Responsibilities
- Be part of the utility team supporting the KYC department on various aspects
- Provide name screening support from the client’s lifecycle of client relationship from onboarding, trigger events to account closure
- Assist in reviewing and dismissal of potential true hits
- Responsible for sending / addressing queries withrelevant stakeholders arising from daily tasks
- Perform data entry to admin tasks such as maintaining/ updating various excel, scanning of documents or pdf extraction
- Adhere to Internal policies & procedures andescalate where necessary
- You will also need to assist in any admin and adhocprojects as assigned by supervisor/s.
