Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire Merchant Onboarding Application process, ensuring smooth coordination and timely approvals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for merchant inquiries, providing prompt assistance and resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with merchants, providing periodic updates on their application status.
- Track sales referrals from banking business units and various sales channels.
- Generate and compile weekly sales tracking and merchant onboarding reports for internal review.
- Perform administrative tasks, including document verification and system record checks, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the sales team in daily operations to achieve departmental objectives.
- Develop a strong understanding of payment services and merchant requirements to enhance client support.
