Job Description
We are seeking motivated, newly licensed Class A CDL drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) position running all 48 states. This role features a structured mentor training program designed to help you transition into a successful solo career. We offer consistent miles, stable dry van freight, and a clear path toward significant pay increases within your first year.
Training Program & Orientation
- Orientation Location: Springdale, AR (Travel and hotel accommodations are fully provided)
- Meals: $100 food stipend provided during orientation
- On-the-Job Training: Minimum of 10 days of hands-on training with an experienced mentor
- Training Pay: Paid training at $75.00 per day
- Graduation: Upon completion of mentor training, drivers return to Arkansas for final ...
