Answer customer service phone calls, providing information about orders, placing orders, processing payments, and assisting with website or product-related inquiries. Track orders and coordinate communication with shipping carriers. Manage return processes, including providing shipping labels, checking in returned items, and issuing refunds. Utilize various software systems to document customer interactions and solutions provided.
