ENERGY CUSTOMER CARE AGENT (FULL-TIME)
On‑site call center position that provides training in Fortune 500 products and state‑of‑the‑art communications technology. Earn commission on top of hourly wage and opportunities to win daily contests.
Essential Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
- Use knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and sell appropriate products and services.
