Compensation:$15 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Help our staff solve technology-related problems so they can work efficiently
- Perform regular maintenance for our phone systems, computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment
- Speak to customers to help them resolve any VoIP and network-related issues
- Participate in an on-call schedule including nights and weekends
