**Overnight Welder (Entry-Level)**

**Location:** Pueblo, CO (On-site)

**Pay:** $22–$25/hr (+$3/hr night shift differential)

**Shift:** Overnight, rotating (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 2-2-3)

**Overview**

Hiring entry-level welders for a growing manufacturing team. Work includes MIG welding on mild steel, plus prep, grinding, fabrication, and inspection.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding (mild/stainless steel)
+ Prep, tack weld, grind, and inspect materials
+ Read blueprints and follow work instructions
+ Maintain equipment and clean workspace

**Requirements**

+ Experience with MIG/TIG/SAW/Oxy welding
+ Ability to read blueprints
+ Basic computer skills
+ Reliable attendance (critical)
+ Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
