Overview
Keywords Studios Asia is expanding its team to work on an exciting new AAA project. The role is full-time, permanent and can be based remotely in Malaysia or Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality environment art.
- Build, iterate, and optimise environments that support gameplay, narrative, and artistic direction.
- Collaborate closely with art direction, level design, and tech art to build performant and visually impressive worlds.
- Apply modular and kit-based approaches to environment art.
- Troubleshoot performance, consistency, or technical constraints across platforms.
- Contribute to visual benchmarks and help establish best practices for environment art workflows.
- Understand textures and materials and optimally create and apply them across an environment.
