• Implement and monitor environmental control measures in line with NEA,BCA, and HDBrequirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure proper housekeeping, silt control, and waste management.
• Coordinate with RE/RTOand site team to resolve non-compliance promptly.
• Oversee vector control and mosquito prevention programs.
• Prepare ECO inspection reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Liaise with authorities (NEA, PUB, HDB) during audits and inspections.

• Certified Environmental Control Officer (ECO)with valid NEAcertificate.
• Minimum 2 years’ experienceinHDB construction projects.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, waste management, and vector control.
• Able to conduct site checks independently and prepare reports accurately.
