As an EH&S Manager on the Safety Resource Team executes process and oversight for accounts in assigned territory requiring minimal, sporadic on-site support, performing services such as janitorial, parking, education and sports & entertainment. They will provide remote support and deliver safety services via on-site support when such support is needed.
The EH&S Manager develops, delivers and monitors initial and ongoing services, including:
+ Develop, implement and sustain an Operator’s Safety Toolbox for job starts and customize processes for clients, projects and sites
+ Monitor KPIs. Analyze performance for improvement opportunities
+ Verify compliance with internal and external requirements
+ Compliance reporting to Operations
+ Manage OSHA recordability and incident investigations for accounts in region
