Job Description: EHS Specialist
As an EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Specialist at Brothers Desserts you are the champion that focuses our efforts to achieve the safety mission. The right candidate for this role will be a problem solver who influences people and process to ensure we meet our goals and reduce risk to our employees and the environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, and local regulations
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Support EHS programs (LOTO, PPE, hazard communication, waste management, etc.)
- Investigate incidents, root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Support regulatory inspections and third‑party audits
- Promote continuous improvement and a strong safety culture by leading Safety committee, SLTs (Safety Learning team)
