Job Description
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, construction management or a related discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in project management, particularly in building and construction projects
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Proven ability in contract management, contract administration, and design management
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); MS Project desirable
- New Zealand citizenship or appropriate working rights
- PRINCE2 or PMP certification is highly regarded
