Customer Service Representative – Knoxville, TN
Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team in their new Knoxville, TN office. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with numbers and customers. The role begins on May 18th with training held at the company’s headquarters in Kansas City. The company will fly you out and all expenses will be paid that week, then the following week and on will be in Knoxville full time. The starting salary is $50,000. Ideal candidates are reliable, customer-focused, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills both in person and over the phone. The position will begin fully onsite, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the potential to transition into a hybrid schedule of three days in office and two days remote once training and ramp-up are complete.
