Job Description
You are:
An experienced Epic Ambulatory and MyChart Associate Manager.
The Work:
- Experience with project plan creation
- Take end user information to create a very detailed scope and get sign off from the Operations team
- Create a detailed Excel project plan and DRIVE through status calls as well as individual status updates to stay on top of the project
- Executive presence
- Portray competence and confidence to the Operations / Client resources
- Be concise and clear in escalations and status reporting
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Every project will have some level of new complexity that you will need to figure out in order to deliver the project
- Be prepared to dig into some areas to figure out how to do the standard
- A strong DRIVER personality - Drive status updates and understand the intricacies of what is needed
