Position Overview
We are looking for an organized, patient-focused Patient Services Coordinator to act as the face and voice of our clinic. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling everything from check-ins to scheduling.
Because we operate in a fast-paced environment, prior hands-on experience navigating Epic EHR systems is strictly required for this role. You will use Epic daily to manage patient schedules, update registration details, and ensure smooth clinic workflows.
