Equipment & Architecture Manager
Location: Grand Prairie, TX (75052)
1) Summary of Job Purpose: The Equipment & Architecture Manager is in charge and accountable for the Equipment & Architecture Work Packages related to the Safran Electronic and Defense, Avionics USA LLC products. He/she supervises, in a project organization, System Lead, Mechanical Lead and Technical Writer in order to ensure the action items are delivered on time, on quality and on budget. The Equipment & Architecture Manager is hierarchically attached to the Engineering Director and to the Chef Engineer for the project. 2) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - In charge of the Equipment & Architecture, from inception until product end of life. - In charge of the System, Safety and Reliability of the equipment. - Supervise and mentor, on a daily basis, the project team (system, mechanic and tech writer). - Ensure the scope of deliverables is well define and assigned to the corr...
