Job Description
As an Equipment Coordinator, you will serve as the central point of contact for the entire equipment order lifecycle. This role bridges the gap between international vendors, internal sales teams, and finance partners to ensure accurate purchasing, seamless logistics tracking, and successful order fulfillment.

1. End-to-End Order Management & Procurement
- Manage the complete sales order and purchasing workflow, ensuring 100% accuracy in quotes, purchase orders (POs), and billing.
- Review pricing, terms, and specifications before finalizing procurement requests.
- Oversee financial profitability on orders, verifying cost margins and identifying discrepancies.
