Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Rapid troubleshooting so as to minimize downtime on failed equipment.
- Develop good understanding of Diamond Turning Equipment (including all machines and metrology equipment and any system that supports DT functions)
- Preventive maintenance program for the Diamond Turning production and auxiliary equipment
- Handle all equipment calibrations (Internal and external)
- Maintain Equipment spart part listing and consumption
- Lead/participate Lean/6S program
- Establish training manual, work instructions and troubleshooting guide
- A bachelor’s degree in preferably Electrical& Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, related engineering or its equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in equipment servicing
- Well developed fault isolation, problem solving and analytical skills.
