Responsibilities
Review and implement Smart Factory system applications based on the latest technology.Manage projects and deploy key Smart Factory systems (e.g., Remote Ops, Autonomous Calibration, Product Traceability, Preventive Maintenance).Participate in Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning, and performance checks of Smart Factory systems once installed on equipment.Plan strategies to improve equipment efficiency and availability through automation and digitalization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create documentation and improve operational capability.Serve as communication channel with parent headquarters on Smart Factory issues, projects, and progress.Prepare weekly/monthly reports on issues, achievements, and project status.Manage Smart Factory investment and operations budget.Analyze OEE for frequency of breakdown and up time for daily production.
