Equipment Finance Training

Purpose of Requisition:

First Citizens Bank (FCB) is modernizing Equipment Finance (EF) operations and electronic workspaces. Presently, EF Associates employ different computer applications to perform like functions. This project will train EF Associates to perform work employing computer applications across the organization. Consultants will be required to train Associates to perform actions using INFOLEASE 9, PEGA, FLEX, SALESFORCE and other associated business software applications. Consultants will develop training content and deliver training to new system users. A Vendor Call will take place on May 6 th , 2026, from 11:00 am 12:00 pm. (Details below). Submissions are welcomed before the Vendor Call but will not be reviewed until after the Vendor Call.
